To retrieve a past order, simply tap the function button at the bottom of the screen to view a complete history of completed orders for retrieval. Paired with SwiftPOS OrderAway, a Bar KVS acts as a user-friendly and economic solution for managing beverage orders placed around the venue.

SwiftPOS KVS is also configurable in sections, allowing a single POS order to be split into appropriate kitchen areas for preparation. Once complete, the order components can be bumped off to appear together on a final Pass KVS, where pass staff can dispense or call the order for collection.

SwiftPOS KVS also integrates seamlessly into SwiftPOS Menu boards, allowing for automatic meal-ready display when bumped from dispatch. Alternatively, use the KVS to page a long-range buzzer or send a text message to a customer mobile to alert them that their order is ready for collection.

This is then shown on the POS Terminal allowing front-of-house staff serving to accurately communicate kitchen wait times with customers.
Order Summary Panel
The summary panel allows production staff to view a summary of items currently on-order. See at a glance, how many of each entree, main or beverage is on-order - grouped by product and type.
